URL Dog is a URL shortening and redirect management service that allows users to create, organize, and track short links.

Account Requirements

• You must sign in with a valid Google or Microsoft account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use URL Dog to:

• Create links to malware, phishing sites, or malicious content
• Distribute spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create links to illegal content

Service Tiers

URL Dog offers free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited to 50 links or 90 days from registration
• Paid Subscription: Unlimited links with monthly or yearly billing

Subscription terms, pricing, and features may change. Paid subscribers will be notified of material changes.

Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of your links and data
• You grant us license to store and process your data to provide the Service
• We do not claim ownership of destination URLs you link to

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent activity
• Remain inactive for extended periods

You may delete your account at any time through the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That links will always be accessible
• The accuracy of click statistics

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, URL Dog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
